Almost at the end of our alphabet of gut (German for good as my brother informs me) food!













Raspberries (& Strawberries)

I absolutely love Rooibos or Redbush tea and it is my replacement for black tea. It even tastes ok with a drop of milk if you miss that part of herbal tea drinking. I have it from lunchtime onwards, that way I have no problem sleeping.


And I have just recently found a Rye bread that I love and it is just light enough but dense enough to be healthy and enjoyable. In small quantities of course. Nothing is healthy if you eat the whole packet in one go and then go for another. So you could have a nice cuppa tea with rye bread and strawberries or raspberries and be really taking care of your gut!
