See how much goodness is available to us in abundance in the foods we eat! I love to have some sliced Ginger in a cup of boiled water. I love the taste and I find it is very easy on the stomach.

And check out Fenugreek seeds, they are so amazing with so many benefits. You can get these in an organic shop or health food store. They are very hard and are NOT to be chewed, they could break your teeth!!

But take them from a teaspoon followed by a glass of water! Supposed to be good for helping settle hormones too! I'm already trying them!
